Experiential Therapy & Integration

Grounded support for your healing path

Held with care. Met with curiosity. Supported through change.

Preparation, journey support, and integration for adults and couples exploring expanded states of consciousness, and experiential approaches to healing.

Does this sound familiar?

You've done the therapy work. You understand your patterns. But something still feels stuck underneath.

You feel like there's no hope left. You've looked into every option, tried so many things, and nothing has ever worked.

You want grounded support - someone who understands both the clinical depth and the human experience of this work.

You're looking for preparation that doesn't pressure, and integration that actually sticks.

You're just curious. You've heard about this work from someone, and you're wondering what it's about - no crisis, no urgency, just wondering.

Here's the good news: you don't have to figure this out on your own.

Meet Debbie & Kenny

The people behind 200 Lights brought two very different ways of understanding care to the same table.

Debbie

Therapist, Educator, Facilitator

Debbie listens for the history beneath a reaction, the protective part inside a conflict, and the meaning trying to emerge from an experience. Her work is shaped by decades of clinical practice, teaching, and close attention to the ways people heal through relationship.

Kenny

Hospitality, Environment, Presence

Kenny notices the music, the lighting, the temperature, the pace of a conversation, and whether a person needs engagement, reassurance, or quiet. He brings a practical and sensory intelligence to the work.

Together, they build the container around the work. Read their full story →

What people say

"Beautiful, warm, inviting location is the perfect compliment to meeting with Debbie as a therapist. She is one of the most caring, loving, insightful and genuine people I've ever met. I can't recommend her highly enough."

- D.B.

"Kenny has one of those rare presences that makes people feel looked after. He is warm, grounding, deeply attentive, and extraordinarily steady when things get complicated. I trust him completely. Working alongside him lets me settle more fully into my own role, go deeper with the person in front of me, and do my best work because I know he is quietly tending to everything around us."

- Debbie M., LMFT · Clinical Partner, 200 Lights

How it works

Three steps to get started

1

Start with a conversation

Schedule a free Orientation Conversation. Share what's on your mind, ask questions, and see if this work feels right for you.

2

Get your custom recommendation

Based on where you are and what you need, we'll recommend the best next step.

3

Begin with grounded support

Walk into the work with preparation, presence, and a team that understands both the clinical depth and the human experience.

There are places within us we reach more safely with preparation and support.

A powerful experience doesn't always become meaningful change. Without thoughtful preparation and integration, it can be hard to understand what emerged, or carry it into the life you return to.
