Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
The Ketamine Healing Series
Six medicine experiences. Therapy woven into every one.
Our ketamine-assisted therapy program at 200 Lights: six medicine experiences over approximately three to four weeks, each day held as a five-to-six-hour therapeutic container.
Every path begins with a free orientation conversation - a chance to ask questions and see if this is the right fit.
Sometimes it's the medicine that makes the most clinical sense.
Sometimes it's the most accessible option.
Sometimes current medications or health considerations make ketamine the better place to begin.
Our role isn't to assume ketamine is right for you.
Our role is to help determine whether it is.
Who this is for
This work is for people who have been carrying depression for a long time. Sometimes for years. People who have done the therapy, taken the medication, read the books, journaled, tried - and are still circling the same pain. People who are tired of being told to try harder at things that haven't worked.
It's also for people closer to the surface of things: the flatness, the numbness, the sense that life has gone gray and you can't remember the last time you felt genuinely glad.
You don't have to be at a crisis point to come here. And you don't have to know whether ketamine is right for you. That's what the first conversation is for.
The medicine days lead. Therapy holds them.
The Healing Series is intentionally medicine-forward: the six dosing experiences lead, while therapy supports and integrates them.
The therapy isn't added around the medicine - it's built into each day: arrival and continuity check-in, preparation and intention-setting, skilled presence during the experience, recovery, and a debrief while the work is fresh.
Initial preparation is folded into Medicine Day 1, and there's no required separate final integration appointment. The therapy is a critical component of every day - that's the whole point.
The Shape of the Series
Six medicine experiences over three to four weeks
All six calendar slots are reserved in advance, so the whole arc is held for you from the start.
Each day is a five-to-six-hour therapeutic container
Arrival and continuity check-in, preparation and intention-setting, the ketamine experience, recovery, and a debrief with practical integration.
Preparation folded into Day 1
Your first medicine day carries the initial preparation, so the series begins moving right away. The final day can hold additional closing and consolidation.
Local transportation held as part of the experience
Transportation is part of the therapeutic container - not simply a ride. We provide it by default: to and from home, to and from wherever treatment is taking place, and to and from the therapy space. Depending on what feels right that day, the journey may include friendly conversation, deeper reflection, curated music, or quiet space to let the experience settle. That includes travel to and from an IV clinic or intramuscular treatment with another medical provider, allowing the therapy surrounding the medicine to remain continuous.
Flexibility built in
Additional preparation or integration sessions can be added whenever clinically useful or desired, within the arc of the series. If you complete the medicine portion early or don't use all six experiences, your remaining reserved value converts into further psychotherapy, coaching, or consolidation time within the series - it's never forfeited. Beyond the series, ongoing work is best continued with your own therapist or coach - and we're glad to help you find the right fit.
What the experience is like
What people usually want to know isn't the schedule. It's what it actually feels like: whether you'll be out of control, whether it will be scary, what happens if it gets hard, what happens after. That deserves more than a paragraph on a page like this.
What's Included
$5,500 for the series, plus separate medical and prescriber costs.
Structured, but never one-size-fits-all
The series holds a clear arc - six experiences with therapy woven through - inside a container shaped around you.
Some days carry more consolidation than others. The final day may hold closing and consolidation work.
And whatever emerges, you leave with the support to carry it into real life.

The medicine isn't doing the healing for you. It's opening space for you to engage your healing more fully.

Medical Partnership
Journey Clinical is our common medical partner. Their medical team provides screening, prescribing, and ongoing medication management.
If treatment through another qualified provider - such as IV or intramuscular ketamine - is a better fit, we can build the therapeutic day around that experience.
Both sides matter: the medical care and the therapeutic work surrounding it. The therapy is ours.
Who you'll be with
You won't be doing this alone, and you won't be doing it with strangers.
The series is held by Deb and Kenny. Deb is a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been in private practice since 2014 - individuals, couples, trauma, and the preparation and integration work that medicine-supported healing asks for. She leads the therapy throughout the series.
Kenny holds everything around it: the transportation, the rhythm of each day, and the feeling in the room. He's spent years learning how to sit with people and keep a space steady, and he has a gift for knowing what a moment calls for - the right music, easy conversation, or quiet. He isn't in the room for the therapy itself unless you ask him to be.
If you start with an orientation conversation, Kenny is usually who you'll meet first; Deb joins when the conversation turns to the work itself. And if a ride ever calls for therapeutic conversation, Deb is in the car too.
Six experiences. Therapy woven through every one.
